Meta Ads · Google Ads · Instant lead follow-up

Whoever replies first gets the job

It usually isn't you, not because you're slow, but because you're working. We run your ads and answer every new lead in under a minute, nights and weekends included.

The gap

You don't have a lead problem. You have a reply problem.

Most of the businesses we talk to are already getting form fills. They get answered whenever someone next sits down at a desk — usually hours later, sometimes the next morning. By then the customer has three quotes and a booked job somewhere else.

The system

What happens in the five minutes after someone taps your ad

00:00

The lead hits your Facebook or Google form. No landing page, no drop-off needed.

00:41

The agent texts from your business number and asks the first qualifying question.

05:06

Scope confirmed and the lead is warm, with the full transcript sent to you.

Day 2+

Anyone who went quiet gets followed up on a schedule. Nothing rots in an inbox.

If the agent can't answer something, it hands the thread to you instead of guessing.

Hey Marcus, this is Dana from the office, thanks for getting in touch. Quick one so we can give you an accurate number: is this for the one job, or a few things at once?

Got it. Are you looking to get it done this month, or still comparing options?

Services

What we actually do

Two ad channels, an assistant that answers every lead, and a site built to convert them. Take one, or take all three.

01Meta Ads

Reach the people who aren't searching yet

Plenty of your future customers haven't started looking. They're scrolling, they see the work, and they decide they want it — so the creative has to be your actual jobs.

  • Creative built from your own work, your own team, your own results
  • Instant Forms so nobody has to leave Facebook to reach you
  • Cold, warm and retargeting sets so you stop paying to reach the same 500 people

02Google Ads

Catch the ones already looking for you

Someone typing your service into Google with "near me" on the end has already decided to buy. Different intent, different money, so it runs as its own budget.

  • Search and Local Services, mapped to the areas you actually serve
  • Call tracking so you know which click paid for itself
  • Negative keywords so you stop buying clicks for work you don't take on

03Website

A site that finishes what the ads started

Optional, and only worth doing if your current site is losing people. Most sites we see are a gallery with a phone number buried at the bottom.

  • Rebuilt around one action: book, or ask for a quote
  • Fast on a phone with two bars in a car park
  • Every form wired straight into the same follow-up system

The follow-up

Where the lead goes

Two steps are the same for everyone. What happens after depends on how you like to sell.

Step 1 — Instant SMS reply

Every new lead gets a text within a minute, from your business number, at any hour.

Step 2 — Lead scoring

The agent asks a few qualifying questions and grades the lead. Ready-to-buy gets flagged. Anyone who isn't ready stays in the follow-up sequence instead of on your phone.

Path A

Straight to booking

The lead gets sent to your website to pick a slot themselves. Best if your work is priced predictably and you'd rather not spend the phone time.

Path B

Straight to you

The lead gets handed to you already warm. You call, give a real quote, and close it yourself. Best if every job needs a proper look before you can price it.

Every month — one report

Spend, leads, how they scored and what came of them. One page, sent monthly. No dashboard to log into.

Straight talk

We're not right for everyone

Good fit

Worth a call if

  • You run a local service business where people enquire, get a quote, and book
  • One extra job a month would more than cover what the ads cost
  • You're anywhere in the U.S. — most of our clients are in the southern states, but that's just where our outreach is pointed
  • Someone can pick up a call or a text within the hour when a warm lead comes through

Not a fit

Probably not if

  • You sell to enterprise buyers with a six-month procurement cycle — this is built for local demand that decides in days
  • You're already booked out eight weeks and turning work away
  • You can't put consistent spend behind the ads — they need budget before the data means anything
  • You're looking for a one-month test

Who you'd be working with

Noah and Sofus

We founded LeadAutomatr and we're the two people you'll actually be dealing with. Not a salesperson who disappears after signup, and not an account manager three steps removed from the work, the calls, the ad accounts and the follow-up build all come back to us.

We keep a small team of specialists around us, editors, a developer, a media buyer we bring in when a build needs one, so the work gets done properly without you ever losing the direct line.

We answer texts and emails ourselves, usually within the hour during your business day.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Leads usually start within the first week of the ads going live. Booked jobs take longer, because the first two weeks are spent finding out which creative and which offer your market actually responds to. Judge us on booked jobs at day 30, not leads at day 7.

Next step

Fifteen minutes, and you'll know if it fits

Tell us what you're running now and how fast it gets answered. If this isn't worth either of our time, we'll say so.
